Tracy Hardesty

I have been dancing since I was 2, I graduated from Yuma High School and have a BS in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in dance from Colorado State University. After a long stint in retail management I returned to Yuma County and have been teaching dance since 2008. I fell in love with group fitness at the WRAC with Christina (and PiYo) in 2015. She also introduced me to all Beachbody had to offer. I decided as a way to keep myself accountable to great healthy decisions was to become certified in PiYo and Cize. These two are a perfect fit not only for a dance teacher, but anyone who desires to be stronger, leaner, and more flexible while in a fun environment of great music, good friends, and shared accountability. Aside from teaching dance to 2-18 year olds, I enjoy painting (the house!!), house projects, yard work, and spending time with my husband Matt and step-son Ty!!!
